PRIVATE PRACTICE · BY INQUIRY ONLY

This work is designed to support emotional, physical, and personal regulation through guided naturopathic and integrative practices. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

What it is

This is not self-help. This is not performance coaching. This is private practice in the older sense: one person, another person, a room, and a discipline.

PRACTICE OVER PERFORMANCE.
Method

PRACTICE OVERPERFORMANCE.

NOTE

Who This Is For

Leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, executives, creative directors, operators, and professionals in the middle of everything. People whose outward life is well put-together, whose inner life is carrying more than they show, and who are ready to address it privately.

Most of my clients are high-performing women. Most of them are tired in a way that sleep doesn't touch. Most of them have already done some of the obvious work — retreats, books, and multiple modalities. They are not looking for another program. They are looking for someone to work with them, slowly, in confidence.

NOTE

What the Work Addresses

Stress that has become a baseline. Reactivity that performs as high productivity. Anxiety that lives underneath the schedule. The quiet difficulty of being still. Old patterns still making decisions in the background of a very adult life.

The language I use is plain: pressure, pattern, nervous system, state. The work is not a course. There are no modules. We build the practice around your life and revise it as you go.

Formats

FORMAT · 01

15-Minute Reset

A short private session for acute pressure — before a board meeting, after a hard conversation, on a day that has gotten away from you.

FORMAT · 02

1:1 Deep Work

A longer session, virtual or in person. For clients working through a pattern, a transition, or a decision they are carrying quietly.

FORMAT · 03

Blocks of Five or Ten

A sustained engagement over weeks or months. Pacing, depth, and rhythm are set together on the first call.

THE PROCESS

How We Begin

First01

A short note

You send a sentence or two about where you are. You do not need to explain anything fully. Every note is read personally.

Second02

A quiet call

Twenty minutes by phone. You talk, I listen. I ask a few questions. No pitch. Most first calls are unhurried.

Third03

A decision, taken privately

If it feels right, we begin. If it doesn't, I'll often point you toward someone better suited. There is no pressure to decide that day.

QUESTIONS · ANSWERED

Questions Clients Tend to Ask

Q01 ──

Is this psychotherapy or medical care?

No. This is guided naturopathic and integrative private practice. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment and does not replace licensed clinical care. Many clients choose to do this work alongside their own therapist or physician.

Q02 ──

Do you work virtually?

Yes. Most sessions are by private video or phone, which suits clients who travel or whose schedules require discretion. In-person work is available on extended engagements.

Q03 ──

How much does it cost?

Fees are shared privately on the first call. Private practice is not priced on a public menu; the arrangement is made between us, in context.

Q04 ──

How long does the work take?

A first engagement is often three to six months. Some clients continue into longer retainers. Nothing is rushed and nothing is locked in before you are ready.

Q05 ──

How private is this?

Completely. I do not publish client names, do not post testimonials without written permission, and do not discuss one client with another. Discretion is the practice.

Q06 ──

What happens after I send a note?

I read the message personally and reply within a few days. If the fit looks right, I offer times for a short call. If it doesn't, I say so directly.

In confidence

Everything you share is held in confidence. Always has been.
